As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of projects for multiple clients. Your core role will be to support the Maika Global Executive
The ideal Social Media Specialist should have 2+ years of experience running events and can work in a face-paced environment, ready to hit the ground running.
We are looking for a highly organized individual with a positive attitude and a drive to get things done. The ideal candidate is an adept problem-solver who can take care of things the right way the first time. You will be responsible for keeping track of hectic schedules, multiple priorities, and staying calm under pressure.
Who You Are
You will be working closely with the Marketing Manager and digital marketing specialist on more than one client.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
