At Maika Global, we are passionate about developing new and impactful marketing and sales solutions that support our client's bottom line. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for a variety of projects for multiple clients. The ideal Copywriter should have 2+ years of experience, be creative, and have the ability to adapt to rapid changes. Your work will touch various channels across the marketing department, including blogs, websites, product descriptions, email, and social copy.

What You'll Do 

• Create and edit compelling content daily

• Contribute to regular strategy sessions 

• Ad hoc projects as they arise

⁠• Develop a deep understanding of brand and tone for Maika Global and our clients, then quickly craft relevant copy

⁠• Brainstorm unique creative concepts, pitch, and execute through a variety of channels

⁠• Writing everything from five-word headlines to short video scripts

⁠• Partner with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content that meets brand and business priorities

Who You Are

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications

⁠• 2+ years experience in content marketing or copywriting

• Cybersecurity or technology industry knowledge is preferred but not required

⁠• Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually

• Flexible and can work with little to no oversight

• Poised and professional while also being friendly and outgoing.

• Thick skin, because your copy may be revised several times before reaching a final

• Highly organized with acute attention to detail and the ability to juggle various projects at once

• Proven ability to work effectively with senior management and senior-level clients
